Jeff Peachey, our visiting tutor, and a well-known New York bookbinder, conservator and tool maker,will give an illustrated public talk on Friday 28th about John Bradford, who was a journeyman (travelling) bookbinder in 19th century New York and a poet. Jeff is a very entertaining speaker and his talk is suitable for a public audience, not just bookbinders.
We will combine it with a pizza evening for all members and it will begin at 5.00pm with pizza and about 6.00pm Jeff will give his talk. Please let us know if you will be attending so we can cater for you, and any guests. No charge but please register to advise attendance. Guests welcome.
